No fun... Josh is sick

Well, for the past few days we haven't really left the house. Josh has been very, very sick! I feel so bad for him! It all started back on Thursday night, he wasn't feeling good and had a slight fever. Then Friday he got a little worse and his fever got worse and then he started feeling sick to his stomach. That night he was up all night throwing up :( Poor guy! All night Friday and all morning Saturday this went on, so we went to the doctor's Saturday afternoon and after waiting for 2 hours, they finally took us back! Then they put him on an IV to get fluids in him because he was so dehydrated and that took another 2 1/2 hours! So all in all, we were there for 4 1/2 hours. It was sad, especially because Josh hates needles and it took the nurses 6 times before they could get the IV in him, oh man, I about passed out watching. He also had a 102 degree fever. Well, today he is still sick and in bed, but things are looking up. Hopefully he'll be feeling better by tomorrow. Being sick stinks.

Oh, I'm so sorry! Throwing up is the worst! I can't believe you had to wait at the doctor's for 2 hours!!! Then having to get pricked with a needle 6 times! YIKES! Sorry Josh is feeling yucky. Hope he gets better soon, poor guy!

IV's are the worst! Definitely the worst part about labor for me BY FAR!!! (With Leah the nurse called in another nurse to come do it because she tried so many times and blew out too many of my veins- OUCH!!!)

...but honestly, you can try an easier excuse to miss church next time Josh. Like, say your dizzy, or have a soar throat or something. No need to fake the vomitting and the need for an IV- thats a little extreme, don't ya think? :)

Josh, we hope you are better soon. I took the liberty to give you a goal of 'getting well' this week. I am sure that will be all you will be up to. Take it easy and get ready for Europe.

Tiffany, I am proud of you and your goal achievements! Keep it up.
