Well, this probably won't be too exciting for anyone else, haha... but I just wanted to put this down "on paper" because if I don't I may not stick too it... but I really want to start getting healthier and maybe lose a few pounds. So here are my new goals:
1. No more soda
2. Exercise at least 3 times a week
3. Drink more water
I know those are lame and those are probably some popular goals of others, but I probably haven't exercised for like a year, so my body is definitely ready for some physical activity. Unfortunately the summer is almost over, or I would go get some road bikes for Josh and I and ride them in the mornings. Now I feel like it would be too late if we did because it'll be snowing in like 2 months. It's nice though because Josh and I get up at about the same time these days so I may try and talk Josh into getting up earlier with me and maybe go running. Luckily I married someone who loves physical activity, so he's usually the one trying to talk me into things like hiking, rock climbing, biking, swimming, etc. But long story short... I need to change some of my bad habits so that my body doesn't regret it later on down the road.
Other than that, things are amazing, but normal! We're both just working... which brings me to another goal, but more long term: Own our own business so we can both work our own hours and not work for somebody else. I hate working for someone else and I know Josh feels the same. Which is another thing I love about Josh.... he's very driven and very entrepreneurial minded. So I know one day this will happen, but for now, it's nice to know that we both have good jobs and can save a lot of money while we're young.
Ok... enough rambling... I'm going to bed.
Let's get started!
